All tutors must submit valid Aadhaar card, professional photograph, and educational credentials through our secure portal.
Tutors may only engage in legitimate tutoring activities. Any attempt to solicit payments for college/school admissions, or any fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any tutor engaged in fraudulent activities.
Tutors must maintain accurate contact information and immediately notify us of any changes to address or phone number. Valid ID proof must be presented to clients upon request.
Shiksha at Home reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms and conditions at any time.
Tutors are expected to maintain professional conduct including punctuality, appropriate communication, and proper dress code during all client interactions.
Commission structure: Tutors are eligible for 50% of monthly fees during the first month, and 100% for subsequent months.
Home tutors must provide advance notice to both parents and Shiksha at Home if unable to conduct scheduled sessions.
Tutors who discontinue services mid-month will not receive compensation for that billing period.
Shiksha at Home assists in matching students with qualified tutors based on individual requirements. However, we do not guarantee academic outcomes or performance in any examination or assessment.
Students and parents must treat all tutors with respect and professionalism to maintain a positive learning environment.
For home tuition sessions, at least one parent or guardian must be present in the residence during all classes.
Students are encouraged to request proof of identity and educational credentials from tutors prior to commencing classes. Please note: Shiksha at Home does not provide document verification services.
We strongly recommend all tuition fees be paid through our secure platform. Direct payments to tutors bypass our protection protocols, and Shiksha at Home cannot be held liable for disputes arising from such transactions.
Shiksha at Home cannot guarantee student progress and assumes no responsibility for lost personal items or incidents during tuition hours. Parents/guardians must supervise all tutoring sessions.
Shiksha at Home reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
